Support for Cancelling Minecraft Education for Commercial

I have my account for many years (initially created it with gmail account) now got email that they are increasing the price by alot and want to cancel, i have spent hours on the phone with microsoft, sent numerous emails, and EVERYONE says the same go log into the site and cancel it there, I CANT LOG BECAUSE GMAIL IS NO LONGER VALID, can someone please help me cancel this?

This is by far the worst customer service experience i have experienced.
