Problem with Cloud (Code lost) after changing Wifi
I have the following problem: Several students are working in Minecraft Education and using the cloud. Now, it suddenly seems that there are issues when they switch Wi-Fi networks—the entire code in the cloud disappears. This means the editor restarts with the introductory explanations, and all programs are gone. The programs cannot be restored and are lost. This problem has only started occurring recently.
Any ideas how this happens or how we could recover the code?

Hey there!
Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this. I couldn't replicate this on my end and we are not getting any other reports of this at this time. Also, this simply shouldn't be related to one another so I am a bit confused by it. Switching Wifi networks should have no effect on code saves. What devices does this happen on and what OS version are they on? The code is likely unrecoverable unfortunately, but the cause is still a mystery.
Any other things happen when you noticed this? Do you all change Wifi networks very often? Does the issue replicate on a home network?
Are there any situations where the code is not affected when changing Wifi?
