can't join a multiplayer world

i can't join any multiplayer world and i can't host them and i have tried every advise on posts like this i think this is either a bug issue and not anything on my end also i live in australia also could you make this a simple fix please because anytime there is a minecraftedu activity that is being done in the class i can't join to have fun with others also it used to work on a other devices i really want this issue to be fixed and is a screenshot of the message and also i can't access the library and i have tried the keychain thing this is my 5th or 6th time with reporting this issue

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this! Are your licenses and devices school issued? 

  You should reach out to your school's IT admin to see if they are able to support you and get you in the game with your fellow classmates.

  Hi, we have a similar problem in our class. Everyone in the group have the same version (1.21.93), the school has a lisence, but one of the student cant connect to another. We write the code to join and the message on the image above comes up. There used to be a button with the dots (...) to write the Connection-ID in the connection screen, but there is no such option. What do we do?
