Help ticket submission not working

I am looking for help with MakeCode Python.
the run in background is not working as expected.
I added a help ticket, but no matter what category I choose, it will not accept it.
"When run in background is added in block, it is translated differently if it is added using Python.
See example.
Also, isn't the code supposed to run repeatedly? I only get one iteration.

  Correct me if I am wrong but I believe this is the issue we did eventually connect with via a ticket, right? I shared with the team and just awaiting their feedback but I will update you in the ticket. Let me know if this is related to something else!
