    Hey there!

    Sorry you are running into that issue with the jukebox. Just had a few questions to help us support you further:

    1 - How many others do you know running into this?

    2 - Does the issue occur in every world you are in?

    3 - Have you tested on a non-Chromebook device? If not, can you to see if the issue replicates there?

    I also am having issues with the jukebox. Many others are having problems with the jukebox on a Chromebook specifically. I have researched this problem, and people are saying that the "music files" are removed from ChromeOS platforms to reduce the size of the app because most Chromebooks don't have the storage to back up the music files. Many are saying that they will patch this in future updates, but I was wondering when it will be patched. Is it being worked on right now?
