Minecraft education not loading

I have tried playing the game but it just says and I quote "We can't connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again

  Hey there! 

  Thanks for the ping, not sure how this was missed. 

  How many devices affected?
  What make OS version? Make/Model?
  Has it worked prior?

  I would also check to see if there are two versions installed. Multiple versions installed can also be a culprit for this error.

  It is also worth checking all the URL's found here ( https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118992-FAQ-IT-Admin-Guide- ) are allowlisted on any virus protection programs or proxies
