Music not working
I turned off music one time and when I turned it back on it wasn't working. I signed out, reinstalled, and restarted. I don't know what else to do. Is there anything that I could do to fix it?

1.) What device make / model and OS version are you on when you got this error?
2.) Are you on the latest version of Minecraft Education?
3.) Can you share a screenshot of your sound settings in Minecraft Education and in your computer's volume mixer? (no personal info in screenshot please)
4.) Is this a commercial account or school managed account?
5.) Do you know anyone else with these issues?

I'm playing on the Chromebook, and I'm playing on the latest version of Minecraft. My account is a school account. I did see some other people with the same issue while looking for a solution.

Just to confirm is it just the main Music that doesnt work, or is it all sound? Additionally, does it affect Jukeboxes and Noteblocks?
Additionally, if you force play music with the command below, does it play the main creative mode music? This may help determine the root cause of the issue.
/music play music.game.creative 1

It is the main minecraft music and jukeboxes and the command doesn't work. All other sound works fine.
