how to get hardcore mode working

i see when i make a world theres a hardcore feature but when im makeing a world i cant turn it on.

  Yeah that setting isn't quite enabled just yet, thanks for your patience while the team reviews that setting! Can you actually share a screenshot of where you are able to see it? I wasn't able to find it on my end.
