    Hey there!

    Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with some join X errors. 

    Just had a few questions to help us support you further:

    1 - How many users do you know with this issue?

    2 - Are your licenses commercial or school issued ones?

    3 - If they are school issued ones, I would reach out to your IT admin to see if their network security software updated, and shut something down. 

    4 - Have things worked prior? When did you notice this issue?

    Same issue, all of our accounts seem to be encountering this.
    Commercial licenses.
    Things worked fine since up the 1.21.9 update until this week, Aug-11.

    Hey Brian, 

    Sorry to hear this is happening to you too. Does the issue replicate when connected to another network? 

    What proxies, content filters, virus protection and, firewalls are on the device and network that you know of?

    Everything started working after a few hours, looks like the issue resolved itself.
