x y z dx dy dZ
You seem to have messed up something with dx dy dz, for instance if you are checking for y=6, dy=93 it now includes someone at y=100 which is did not used to do. This may seem like a minor thing, but it's really not when you have a map with hundreds of command blocks checking various positions for things.

Anyone from Microsoft care to comment?
Here are more details I posted on the facebook teachers group.
There is a bug in the update, which might seem like a minor issue, but it will cause me a big headache to fix. So if you currently are using x y z and dx dy dz to check posiitons to carry out various things, they have changed it. If you were checked (for instance) y=6 and dy=93, it would NOT previously have included someone standing at y=100, it now does. So everything seems to have shifted 1! I assume this is a bug, but I need to know if it was intentional before I go ahead and fix everything I have that uses this system. It does not seem correct though to me.
So it seems to be a +0.5 radius increase so if you are standing at 104 4 1 for instance and check x=103, y=4, z=1, dx=0. dy=0, dz=0 it someitmes includes the player at 104 4 1 BUT move half a block (but keep same coords) and suddendly you not included. Does that make sense? I still will have to change a bunch of command blocks I believe, but I'm not even sure I can now account for this weirdness accurately.
Seems to be a rounding thing to me (I'm guessing) as if I move half a block one way but the coordinates don't change, it changes whether the x y z dx dy dz include me in the command.
Please fix it back to the way it was! I feel like with Minecraft EDU updates it's a common theme for this to be the case.

Hey David,
Apologies for our delay jumping into this one.
I'm unable to recreate this on our end. However, I admit i'm not personally the best with NBT Commands. I have reported this issue to the quality team to see if they recreate/determine the source of the issue. In the meantime, would you be able to send a screenshot, or short video of the issue occurring? If you prefer I'm happy to move this into a ticket and we communicate over there as well!
Let us know if you have any additional questions, or concerns!
Thank you!1 -
Yes where do you want me to send the video to?

Hey David!
I made a ticket for you and Kaleb, he can message you there and you can send the video there :) Thanks!

I cannot receive emails at [REDACTED EMAIL] (it's a club and camps account without email) so can you email me at [REDACTED EMAIL] or [REDACTED EMAIL] please?
Here is a onedrive link to the video showing the issue though

How do I get Kaleb to contact me please? As I said the account for this isn't a valid email, as it's a clubs and camps one purely for Minecraft Edu.

Hey there!
Looks like Kaleb has an open ticket with you and is awaiting a reply since August 5th. Are you able to see that in your email inbox? I can ask him to ping you from that email thread if you are unable to find it!

Yeah I don't have it, as I said the email I used to report this is a camp and clubs microsoft email and those don't come with email. If you can use my outlook please I will get it. The bug is clear and easy to see from the video.

Hey David,
I'll get the email on that ticket updated.
As an update however, we have confirmed this is a bug that was carried over from Bedrock and are looking into it for a future fix. I do not have an ETA for this however.
Thank you0 -
Still no email with the ticket. Do you think the bug will be corrected in the next major update?

Hey David!
I just requested Kaleb to send another ping to the email thread you both have in case it never made it to you. I am unsure if there is a current ETA for this bug fix at this time.
