*We cant connect to one of our services right now*
I have a competiton going on, its international level where you design a house to make it eco-friendly and disaster-proof. It has been happening lately, that i cant connect to the services. I didnt think much of it until it happened yesterday. Its been 2 days including this day that i submitted this form. The dateline its about 28th of July and today's 24. Please solve this problem as quickly as you can.

1 - Is this a personal deice or a school issued device?
2 - What is the device Make/Model/ OS version?
3 - Do you know any others running into this issue?
4 - Are you trying to connect on a personal network or a school issued network?
