Cannot find the trusted skin option in general setting. But can find on my friend's account on his iPad (I'm using PC).

  Hey there!

  There is some work going on with that setting at this time and it is disabled during that process. 

  However, there is a bit of a workaround:

  You can still edit the options.txt file found in the app folder.
  only_show_trusted_skins:1 means only trusted skins are allowed
  only_show_trusted_skins:0 means any skins are allowed
  we removed the toggle from the game, but have not changed the ability of the value it modified in the options.txt file.
