My game won't load
This is just more information on what I asked about a week ago, but the whitescreen just ended, and the error message was "We can't connect to the service you need right now, please check your internet connection and try again." So I did that, and my internet is fine, but the game still isn't working. Please help?

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with the "We can't connect" error.
We see this error a lot when multiple versions of the game are installed on the same device. Can you check to see if there is only version of Minecraft Education installed on the device?
Back up any worlds, uninstall all versions of Minecraft Education, and reinstall from here: https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/get-started/download

On Windows, there's both the EXE (Legacy) and AppX (Store) installer for the app. Both are the same game ultimately, just provided differently, and update differently, but they are mutually exclusive.
If you're on Windows, check under Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps and ensure that Minecraft Education only shows up once. If it doesn't uninstall one version of the app.
If you're on a different platform, it much less likely that this is the issue. It is also possible that a firewall, antivirus, or proxy are at play.

I'm on a Chromebook, and I have the game off of Google play. I found out something else as well. I left the beta program and uninstalled the game, and then reinstalled it to get rid of the beta, but it gave me the message "beta is still installed. you may want to uninstall and reinstall the app." I don't know if this means much, because the preview app isn't working either, but it could do something

Yeah as Kaleb mentioned, we are more concerned about the Legacy and Store version are not installed on the same device at a given time when on a Windows device. Since you are on a Chromebook, it is possible the Beta being installed at the same time as another version could be causing an issue as well. You will want to back up your worlds, and only have one version installed at a given time. I hope that helps!
