can't go out of the game cuz keep loading

The game is keep loading and i can't turn the game off. The game inside are all stoped but can move around the game. i can hear the sound of the game. I tried to shut down but it says i need to turn off the minecraft.

  Hey there!

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues fully closing Minecraft Education.

  If you hard restart your computer (hold the power button until it turns off, wait about 30 seconds, then turn it back on again) do you still have those same issues the next time you launch Minecraft Education?
