Cloud sync not working.
I play minecraft on 2 devices. But one of my worlds is not syncing to my other device. I can't find my world on the other device.

Just had a few questions to help us support you further:
1.) What device make / model and OS version are you on when you got this error? What about your other device?
2.) Are you on the latest version of Minecraft Education? What version are you on?
3.) Is this a home network or school network?
4.) Is this a commercial account or school managed account?
5.) Do you know any others running into this issue as well?
