i cant find the only allow trusted skins option

so i was trying to turn off the option only allow trusted skins because i got a custom skin and the option wasnt there on my computer but on my school ipad the option is there i dont know what to do.

  There were issues preventing it from meeting the expectation of what users want the toggle to do, so we removed it so we can refine and improve the experience to a place we all will be happy with the functionality of it. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the patience!
