"Something went wrong. Please check your internet connection"
I have read previous post with this issue but none seem to be in the same boat as we are.
Every student in my school has the same model ipad, with the same up to date iOS. They are all connected to the same wifi. All the iPads are owned and managed by the school so they all have the same, latest version of MEE.
When we do a minecraft session there is always at least one student in the class who gets the error message and won’t be able to log in that day. They will be sitting next to someone with the exact same iPad, iOS, version of MEE, connected to the same wifi who can log in. There’s no reason for this.
The next day it’ll be a different student who gets the error and the ones who didn’t work the day before will work.
It makes no sense.

Still having this issue. All iPads are up to date with their iOS and MEE is the latest edition. All connected to the exact same wifi yet some will connect and some will get this error

Hey there!
Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this error, I have some steps to go through for troubleshooting:
1.)Have you allow listed all URLs from this page? : https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118992-FAQ-IT-Admin-Guide-
2.) Do you have a proxy or web filter that might be blocking the apps connection to our services? For Chromebooks, if you have a proxy, this is likely to happen since Chromebooks dont have full proxy support at this time.
3.)Back up any worlds, Uninstall and Reinstall App from this page: https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/get-started/download
4.)Are all OS's on the latest version? If not, I would recommend updating to latest OS version.
Let us know!
