    I am having the same issue and I have been "working" with the support team for over a month on the same ticket.  24-48 hour wait times are normal to receive a response from them. Completely unacceptable and it is good to know that I am not the only person experiencing the exact same issue. I would like to request 1/12 of a credit since this issue started at my renewal date on 10/23/22.

    Hello again Mr. Bergman. I see that you posted a few times in other posts that don't match this one. Are you experiencing the trial has ended message? I also checked and saw that you had three closed tickets with us. Would you like me to open a new ticket for you? For this message above, it normally refers to the account being used as not being assigned a purchased license. The other is if you are trying to login with the admin email account that manages the tenant. Those admin emails cannot be used to play, and another user account will be needed. Let me know if you want to have a ticket created for you.

    Interesting.  I'm the Admin on my Tenet and the ONLY Faculty account on the Tenet and that admin e-mail works for minecraft education Edition.

    Thank you for sharing that, Aleece. Did you assign a license to your admin account? Also, since you are a private account and not a school account that usage is more common. School admin accounts do not normally have assigned licenses to them, but private users do. You are not able to login with an admin account unless you first assign a license to it first. After account setup users will try the new admin account thinking it will log them in without needing to do anything.

    Dominick I expect I did assign my admin account the faculty license, it was a while back so don't remember exactly what I did.  My tenet is from BEFORE the camps and clubs update so it is more like an institutional Tenet that I administer from the admin center.  Only real difference being is it is the minimum setup with just the one full faculty license and 40 full student licenses.

    I'm having the same problem in our school district. We've been using Minecraft for several years and this has never been a problem before. Dominick can you please help us? We've just launched our annual Minecraft Challenge and everyone wants to get started .....but this is killing our momentum!!!! Please help!

    Sorry to hear! Are you able to work with your school IT to see if those that do not have access, still have the proper Minecraft: Education Edition license attached to their account?
