Can’t access library

If you are trying to access the library on an iPad there is a known issue with it where you cannot access it unless you do a full system reset. I will link to our known issues page because once we have a different official workaround we will post it there.
If you are not on an iPad please put in a help desk ticket so we can troubleshoot further.

I’ve reset the iPad twice to no avail. I can access the library on my pc but not the ipad

I am so sorry that it did not work for you. This is definitely something the team knows about and are working to fix. In the meantime there was an educator on the forums who came up with a great work around that seems to be working for most people with iPad issues. I will link to that forum post below. When there is an official fix for it we will let everyone know!
