Unable to Download the Preview Version
- **PC Specs**: i7 2.1GHz, Windows 11 24H2We encountered an issue where we could not download the preview version on a classroom PC.
We tried restarting the PC and switching the network environment (from 40Mbps to 140Mbps), but after opening the .exe file post-download, the installation button displayed "Preparing to download" and did not proceed further. There is sufficient disk space available on the PC.We also tried downloading from the bag icon next to the download button on the preview version installation screen, but this only progressed to 5% and then seemed to stop.

Hmmm, thats odd, interesting the Preview version is not working on Windows 11.
Does it work if you back up all your worlds and remove Minecraft Education main game perhaps? You shouldn't need to, just as a troubleshooting step.

The issue has been resolved...!
It was most likely due to the download being heavy... it seems to take quite a bit of time.
