    Hey Rei,
I don't believe I've heard of this issue on Windows.
Just to confirm, is this happening on a specific lesson, or on any world that attempts to load? Is it causing the game to crash, or just showing the error?

Let us know if you have any additional questions, or concerns!
    Thank you!

Thank you for your response, Kaleb!
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you!
We are providing two world data sets, and we use the same behavior pack and resource pack for both. This error occurs in both cases.
However, it seems that the error message appears without affecting the lesson itself.
    Thank you for your assistance!

    Hey there!

Which behavior packs and resource packs are you using? Are they custom or do you have a link to them? If they are custom, unfortunately we can't support custom mods, data packs or resource packs as many are not designed for Minecraft Education and can cause the game to run unexpectedly.

If these packs belong to one of our worlds and are missing, perhaps you can try our Beta / Preview builds here to see if they may help:

Download Minecraft Education Beta – Minecraft Education

Minecraft Education Preview Program – Minecraft Education

We will also want to ensure all classrooms are on the same version of Minecraft Education, the most recent one.
