Error Regarding Missing Behavior Pack or Resource Pack
Hi there.
We are currently encountering the following error on multiple PCs:
"At least one of your resource or behavior packs failed to load."
Despite opening the same world, some PCs do not display this error, and we cannot determine the cause. Upon checking the behavior packs and resource packs, we confirmed that the necessary packs are installed, and each pack seems to be functioning correctly.
Our organization manages many classrooms, and if the classroom instructors encounter this error, they may become anxious. Therefore, we would like to know if this issue is a bug and if the support team is aware of it.
We have checked several PCs, and this bug appears to occur up to version 1.20.13. However, it does not seem to occur in version 1.21 or later.
Has this issue been fixed in newer versions?
Some classrooms may still be using older versions, so we would like to clarify this.

I don't believe I've heard of this issue on Windows.
Just to confirm, is this happening on a specific lesson, or on any world that attempts to load? Is it causing the game to crash, or just showing the error?

We are providing two world data sets, and we use the same behavior pack and resource pack for both. This error occurs in both cases.
However, it seems that the error message appears without affecting the lesson itself.

Hey there!
Which behavior packs and resource packs are you using? Are they custom or do you have a link to them? If they are custom, unfortunately we can't support custom mods, data packs or resource packs as many are not designed for Minecraft Education and can cause the game to run unexpectedly.

We will also want to ensure all classrooms are on the same version of Minecraft Education, the most recent one.
