Ray tracing options greyed out - RTX2000 Ada
I've got a bit of an interesting one. We have some workstations with RTX 2000 Ada GPUs. (equivalent of RTX4060ti 16 GB)
Upscaling and ray tracing are greyed out in the Minecraft Video options.

The GPU selection is forced to the RTX card via System - Display - Graphics - Customised settings for applications.

I have tried with and without Auto HDR and Optimisations for windowed games.
Details:
- Dell Precision 3460
- i7-14700
- 566.14 drivers
- Windows 11 24H2
- Minecraft Education v1.21.06
If anyone has suggestions, I'd appreciate it.

Hey there!
This may be intentional, let me check with the team on this one!

Hi Danny, any response from the team?

Hey David,
Apologies for the delay.
At this time, we don't officially support RTX in any of our Library worlds.
Just like Bedrock, you'd need a pack that can support RTX. As most education devices don't have compatible GPUs for this, it isn't something we test for.
You could try manually importing a resource pack that supports it, and it may work.
Let us know if you have any additional questions, or concerns!
Thank you!0
