One world lagging.
Hello, we have a problem with one of our worlds in my class. It lags, everything is super slow. It has a massive delay on breaking a block materials appear few seconds late and float in the air. Same thing with animals and the mats they drop.
It is only in this world. I have tried copying the world and launching it on different devices, but to no avail.
We have a large amount of buildings in it that were created in another worlds and brought to this one via structure blocks. Maybe that has something to do with it.
I don't know how to fix it. Any advice will be appreciated!

Hey there!
Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with the world lagging.
Could you please share the device specs RAM/ CPU/ Storage Space/ GPU of the devices that are struggling?
Especially the specs of the host device if this is multiplayer.
Thanks!

Hey, it's iMac 3,1 GHz Intel Core i5, 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4, Radeon Pro 575X 4 GB. There's 200 GB out of 499,96 GB available.
I don't think it's the lack of power. We run 3d modeling, VR programs on these macs without problems. And we are talking about Minecraft here. And it's just that one world, the rest are running smoothly.

Hey Lukas,
Thanks for the information!
It's possible there is something in that world that's causing it to lag.
If possible, I'd love to get a copy of the world, and see if I can reproduce your issue on our end.
Would you be willing to send me the world file if I create a ticket for you?
Let us know if you have any additional questions, or concerns!
Thank you!0 -
Thanks. I have figured it out. You can close this ticket, or keep it for future references.
It was chickens! One of my students made a chicken farm. And it produced so many chickens in one spot that the whole world started lagging. Once I got rid of them, everything went back to normal for everyone.
