Agent Not Going Forward

I have been using minecraft education for almost 4 years. I used to move agent forward. But now I can not move my agent forward through Chat by entering code. 

As I have seen other comments , many people faced with same problem. Is there any solution to fix?

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with the Agent.
  Our current work around with this issue will sound a bit dramatic, but try pushing "T", then /kill your Agent , then respawn them in again. That has worked for other users with this issue in the past.
