Super Laggy / Crashes
I have tested this on multiple devices, at school the game crashes when playing, after short time. and at home even the start menu (on a decent laptop, no CPU throttling, checked everything) is almost unplayable. I am trying to make Minecraft's largest auto sorter with my friends, so I assumed it was the over 200 hoppers causing the lagg. Nope! I did a different world, same issue on a FLAT WORLD. Tried flying far from the hoppers to unload them, just made the lagg worse!

Some advice to Mojang: Do some quality checks for Minecraft before releasing an update, something I have noticed about bedrock for so long is that the updates are rushed, as if they only care about having a good update schedule. No one takes the time to make sure the game is really built well, no bugs, etc. Here the game is just SUPER un-optimized, poorly built, bedrock always has been! Now with the frequent updates on Java, I am starting to see the same.

Hey there!
Sorry to hear you are having a laggy experience!
Could you please share the device specs Make/Model/RAM/ CPU/ Storage Space/ GPU of the device?
Are you friends running into laggy issues as well?
Has this only started since the most recent version of Minecraft Education was downloaded or did you experience issues earlier as well?

1.21.06.
Dell 5414 Rugged 14 {8GB of RAM, CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-6100U CPU @ 2.30GHz, 166GB free of 237 (M.2 SSD), always wired ethernet.}
School: HP, 16GB of RAM, IDK processor speed but I know they have around 500 GB of SSD storage space, and no my friends don't experience the same issue on their Chromebooks or computer lab PC's. It was playable until I hosted a world, then from that point on it would crash even when the world isn't hosted. I have tried clearing that cache, only made it worse.
This has happened even before the update.

Hey there,
Thanks for the specs! how much of that 500GB SSD is free space?
Best,

74.1GB, being a school computer, it has a lot of accounts + Windows 11 Education
This happened on the other one I had been using before which had around 300GB / 500GB free space.
Both computers are the same.
A little more detail: The game launches, but after a while wether in the world or not, it freezes, and closes. It happens faster while in the world. I also want to point out that this is not the case on Chrome OS or Android. I haven't an iPhone (and never plan to get any apple product), so I can't test on iOS or MacOS, but overall it seems the issue is just on Windows 10 and 11.

Gotcha thanks for the info.
If you are willing I can move this convo to a ticket and you can send us some video reproductions of the issue so we can investigate further.
