Code Builder Problems

The students and I are getting this error when opening Minecraft Edu-Code Builder. 

"Redis command (get) timed out after 30 seconds"

Code Builder had been working all day and then all of the sudden everyone started getting this message. It happens now in any coding world we try.

  Hi Jeffrey,

  I had the same issue in my classes yesterday. It's put the students at a complete standstill.

  Sorry to hear, did this issue start with the most recent update of Minecraft Education?

  What devices / OS versions are you both on?

  How many number students would you say this is affecting?
