    Hey there!

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with Minecraft Education on Mac.

Looks like your OS version [ macOS 11.7.10 (20G1427) ] is a bit behind our min specs [ macOS 12 (Monterey) ] as per https://edusupport.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047556591-System-Requirements.

I recommend upgrading OS version of the device for Minecraft Education.

Maybe there is another way? Maybe there is an outdated version? I really need it for my studies, but my parents and I can’t buy me a new computer. And for this computer I have the latest available macOS installed. Thank you

    Hey there!

    Same issue looks like.

Looks like your OS version [ Mac OS X 10.15.7 (19H2026) ] is a bit more behind our min specs [ macOS 12 (Monterey) ] as per https://edusupport.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047556591-System-Requirements.

I recommend upgrading OS version of the device for Minecraft Education. You should be able to upgrade OS's on your device, no? Is there something preventing you from upgrading the OS? Feel free to send an error message if you are getting something while trying to upgrade OS versions.

Hello. My device is old. iMac (27-inch, Late 2013). And for this model, the Catalina is the most optimal.

Automatic update doesn't even suggest newer versions. Thank you
