Web browser does not support Java Script.

I accidently deleted the file for javascript off my laptop but i don't know how to get it back because minecraft education edition is saying "Microsoft Account requires Java Script to sign in. This web browser either does not support Java Script, or scripts are being blocked. To find out whether your browser supports Java Script, or to allow scripts, see the browser's online help."
Please help!!
(And provide something where i can get the file back)
