Multiplayer not Working on different connections.
Hello!
My class has been using Minecraft Education for projects, and we really like to use it. However, sometimes we have online classes and one student has an issue connecting to my world. Even if we try him making the world, it results in me not being able to join.

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues connecting multiplayer.
Just had a few questions to help us support you further:
1.) What device make / model and OS version from the student that cannot join?
2.) Are you all on the latest version of Minecraft Education?
3.) Are there any error messages that appear when they attempt to join?
4.) Are both users on the same commercial account or school managed account? Is it a commercial or school managed account?
