Not getting email re:Computer Science Curriculum Guide

I have completed the form to download the Curriculum Guide for Computer Science twice now - one with my school email and one with my personal email.  I still have not received a response in either email regarding the Curriculum Guide.  I checked junk/spam and it isn't there.  Advice?

  And just to confirm, are you awaiting just a response email or something in addition to that?

  and when I click the link to download it takes me to this Microsoft Form: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=NGbdODEQUEyptNFs2dl9Vyp9KO-VWBlDm0OhT2ZvcUBUMDhDUE42TUhaVDlORUdTVjk0MThVMDBZMC4u

  The directions state that the Curriculum Guide will be emailed to the address in the form.  I filled the form out twice - once with my school email and once with my personal gmail but I have not received the guide in either account.  Thank you.
