Minecraft Education program disappears

Every time Minecraft Education updates, the entire program disappears from the computer.  We have had to reinstall the program at least two dozen times over the past year.  Please help!

  Oh that is odd!

  Is this on a school issued device? What kind of device is it?

  It is likely your IT admin has set up some auto wiping policies on the network / device level that could be interfering.

  Hello,

  We have the same issue at our school, the program disappears. Sometimes, students are playing and suddenly the game switches off and it is gone.

  We are a public school in Valencia (Spain) and for our Education system, the program is included in our Microsoft pack.

  Our laptops belong to the Administration but they're suitable for the game.

  Hey there,

  Gotcha, sorry you are experiencing this as well.

  I would check in with your IT admin to see what kind of device wiping policies they have enabled, I believe that could be interfering.
