Spawn Location History

My little sister went way off from my build area and then exited and now I can't find where my build area is. Any ideas if it was only in creative mode, how to find my spawn coordinate history so I can go back to where my build area is?

  Hey there!

  
  If your build area is near spawn, break your current bed, then the next time you respawn you will respawn at your spawn point.
