Can't join others

I can't join other people, I'm on MacBook Air 13, we use 1.20 but also 1.21. For some reason other people can join other people, I'm just the one who can't join. When I try to join others it comes up with "Unable to connect, please reset our client. P2P/SIG:Error Code:100." If you know how to fix this please comment.

  Hey there,

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues joining others. You mentioned you are using two versions, are those that are trying to connect to eachother on two different versions?

  Are you able to join if you login from another device?

  Are you on a home or school network?
