    Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with Minecraft Education and have lost worlds! That is never fun. We recommend backing up your favorite worlds with the export feature to ensure you do not loose data.

    As for the issue itself, very odd. Can you share a screenshot of the issue (without any personal data please) so we can understand it all a bit better?

    Can I suggest a few things to try? Try to sign in to your office.com account with the same credentials. Check to be sure you have enough space to save. Try running as adminitrator. Also try logging in on another device.

    Just a few possibles. Do post that screenshot (but blur our any personal stuff like your email.) Let us know if you tried any of those things.
