P2P/SIG: Error Code: 100

Hello,

I am a technician at an international school. Recently, one of our students encountered an issue when she tried to connect to another student's Minecraft world. The error message displayed is:

"Unable to connect, please restart your client.
P2P/SIG: Error Code: 100"

I have tested this with an outside network on both devices, and the problem persists, so it doesn't appear to be a network issue.

Could you please take a look and provide support to resolve this issue?
