Python in Seymour Island

Hello. My students complain that they can't open Python programming on Seymour Island, and Code Builder loads well. A few months ago I tested this world and everything worked for me

  Oh sorry to hear you are running into issues with Seymour Island. Thanks for sharing this screenshot as well.

  How many students are running into this? Is it all of them? Does it work for any of them?

  Does it function as expected on other worlds, just not on Seymour Island?

  What devices are you all using? Could you please share the device specs RAM/ CPU/ Storage Space/ GPU of the device?

  Everything was fine on the map "Seymour Island"  for everyone, and then, apparently after some update, everything broke. Now when I load Python programming, it just displays a white screen. The problem is only in this world and very rarely in others, but different ones (there is no pattern with different students). If I reset the programming, the error occurs again. If I delete the folder "codeBuilderV1" on the computer, then it helps, but some of my students have a hard time always doing the steps to delete the folder, so I would like you to fix this.
