Climate Warriors Broken?
The Climate Warriors Lesson worked great until Phase 2. The helicopter is invisible and there are no Fire Trucks or NPCs to help. Also if you make it to the volunteer on the beach, Arlo the Koala needing rescued is not there. Seriously Glitchy-GRR.

Oh, yeah. I just tested it out and it looks like all the resource packs are busted, and it's cascading from there. Even before I started recording, one of the NPCs in the first area talks about how "this screen shows brush fire alert levels" or something, and it's a painting that hasn't been retextured. https://youtu.be/O-qOAekPzHA

We also have the same problem on several devices. There is no helicopter but we can still fly in it. There is no firefighter NPC or fire trucks at the station we cannot progress further.

Do we have a solution to this problem? I have a class of children extremely frustrated they are stuck at Phase 2. How do we move forward?

Just had a few questions to help us support you further:
1.) What device make / model and OS version are they all on when they got this error?
2.) Are you on the latest version of Minecraft Education?
3.) Have things worked prior?
4.) Are you experiencing the exact same issue of : The helicopter is invisible and there are no Fire Trucks or NPCs to help

Hi Danny,
It's still broken as reported in my video linked above last year. The resource packs are broken or missing. This world is being recommended by Minecraft Education in large-scale training resources being distributed to teachers, so this issue is likely to start cropping up a lot again on support channels.0 -

Everything shown in my video is still happening. Displays in HQ are vanilla paintings so you have to guess the answer to the first question. Special features in the burn test area aren't rendering so it's almost impossible to figure out how to pass those. If you get to the helicopter, it's invisible. If you make it to the next phase after that, it won't launch.

Thanks for the heads up.
We've reported these issues to the map creators and we're waiting on them to provide a fix. However, we can't provide any ETAs at this time. Hopefully their team can get us an updates version soon!

Thanks! I don't use this world currently for the reasons mentioned above, but as I also mentioned, I just delivered a Summer Programs training for the NYC Department of Education and the resource produced by Minecraft Education listing potential lesson plans has this world as one of the worlds for Climate Change week, so you may be getting a lot more inquiries about it in the near future.
