User name is no longer displayed.

Hello.
Since approximately January 25th, my username is no longer displayed within Minecraft Education.
Technically, they are blank, like "_ _ _ _".
This is the username that appears on the first screen of Minecraft around the player's skin.
Is anyone else experiencing similar symptoms?
Sorry for my poor English.
