Can’t sign into educational account. Yes I have a license

I can’t sign in. It was working just a few days ago. I’m using the login from my account. There’s nothing helpful on the forum or otherwise to addressing. Please help!

  Have you gotten any help yet? This has happened to me. Although my daughter has never been able to sign in. I've contacted support and they asked more questions, but no one has actually answered anything.
