I can't sign in

I just got my account, and I tried to sign in on my iPad, but it just says that 'We couldn't find a work or school account with that address.'

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues signing in.

  Did you just recently purchase a commercial license or is this a school license we are having issues with?

  Hi. About 6 month ago, i was able to log in but now keep saying Minecraft cant connect to wifi, even the wifi work just fine?

  i keep on trying to sign in but it says my account is not an account and that they cant find it
