Support for Cancelling Minecraft Education for Commercial
Has been impossible for me to speak with a human who can assist with this. The email notifying of the upcoming bill links to a page that won't allow me to sign in with my personal email. Any ideas how I can cancel this subscription if I don't have login access?

I am facing the same issue. Although I have the admin account username and password, I lost access to the authenticator app. Despite being a programmer, I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve this problem, including emailing Minecraft support and attempting to contact Microsoft Japan by phone. However, after about five months, the issue remains unresolved. At this point, I simply want to cancel my subscription.
PS: I believe Microsoft should hire people based on their abilities rather than focusing on DEI. Honestly, I feel that Microsoft’s services are currently poor. They have had enough time to add a "Pride" button to the Mac version of Office, but they still haven't been able to fix the login loop issue caused by losing access to the Authenticator app.

We have refunded your ticket as we've informed you in the ticket.
Additionally, just as a side note: if you do not have access to your MFA, that is intended that you would not have access to the account.
This is for account security, as if MFA was skippable, then it would be useless. However, you do have the ability to disable MFA ahead of time via Azure AD settings or enabling Cloud in Microsoft Auth can also prevent issues like this from arising.
Just wanted to let you know that info as well, but you should be sorted! Have a good one!

I cannot figure out how to login to the microsoft admin panel to cancel my subscription. I need it cancelled immediately. (Admittedly I forgot we even had it and the kids have outgrown it and I just received the email today saying it's been renewed.........) I need this cancelled but cannot figure out how to talk to a human or submit a ticket.....

Hi, I'm also having trouble cancelling the subscription as we have not been using it for the last year. I'm not able to login to my admin account due to the MFA was tied to my old phone that I no longer have. I'm stucked in a loop and unable to login to my account to cancel the subscriptions. I've created tickets for Sarah Lewis, Joshua Jonas and puipui y, to assist in a ticket as cancelling your licenses and helping get signed in to do so could require sensitive information.
However, for anyone else monitoring the thread, or if anyone wants to try on their end, here's the general steps to cancel your licenses:Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
- You'll sign in with your @XXXXXX.onmicrosoft.com account.
- If you've forgotten your username, we can help locate this. Please send us a ticket using the live chat in the bottom right corner, or Submit a request
- If you've forgotten the password to this account, you'll want to use the "Forgot Password" link.
If you're using the Simplified view, select Subscriptions.
- If you're using the Dashboard view, go to the Billing > Your products.
Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
On the subscription details page, in the Billing settings section, under Subscription status, select Cancel subscription.
If you’re within the grace period during which you can cancel your subscription, select a reason for why you’re canceling, provide optional feedback, then select Cancel subscription.If you’re outside the grace period, you can only turn off recurring billing. In the Canceling your subscription pane, review the information about how canceling works for your subscription, then select edit the recurring billing settings.
In the Edit recurring billing pane, select Off, then select Save.
