Library is downed forever?

I have a problems with creating world in a demo, every time I created it says "unable to connect to library" even I waited for 4 hours long like troubleshoot said and I still can't loaded and create new world so please help. Thanks!

  What steps have you already tried?
  Are you able to access the library if you connect with another network?

  i can do it with other network but after i leave my session, the thumbnail just glitch to black and pink then it is the same error

  Hey there!

  To do a screenshot if you are on a Windows device you can do Windows key+ Shift + S, then Ctrl+V to paste it in chat.

  I'm on tablet, I'm lazy to take my laptop out + out of storage, only tablet have the game installed
