How to play displaying capitalized text.

I have noticed that when a link has been added to the Resource Link in Classroom in the settings menu of a world, The usual How to Play text gets capitalized.

To reproduce, simply add a Resource Link in a world with any link, then give it any prompt.

 

This is a picture showing the issue. Is it intentional?
