I've tried using different phone numbers and different devices, Turns out the same. Already asking microsoft support but they says to ask minecraft education support. Please help.

  Sorry you are running into this. This is an issue we have not quite fully figured out yet. My best advice would be to try different browsers and a different phone number if possible. Let us know if you have success with either of these recommendations.

  Changing a phone number fix the problem.
