Why cant I sign In?
So when I enter Minecraft it says Sign in so when I hit it pops up this.
But It was working fine 3 Days ago.

And I click it but I doesn't let me it just re-pops up.

This can be caused by a number of things.
Could you answer these questions to the best of your ability?1.Are you using a school managed device or a personal one?
2.Are you using a school network or a personal network?
3.Can you successfully log in when using a separate network like a mobile hotspot? This will help us determine if the issue is on the device or network level
4.Are there multiple versions of Minecraft Education installed on the device? If so, the other versions will need to be uninstalled as the different versions can interfere with each other.
5.Is your OS up to date?
6.Are there any proxies, parental blocks, firewalls, or antiviruses that could be blocking connection to our services?0 -

My own network
Sometimes I do use mobile Hotspot but I use my homes Network
No I only have one version of Minecraft on my device

I just looked at my home page And I didn't install another Minecraft but It just downloaded two different ones.

If there is another version of Minecraft Education, uninstall the one you aren't using and try to sign in. That should fix your issue.0 -
I uninstalled one and it didn't work but im going to uninstall it and reinstall it to give kind of a reboot

지난 5월에 구매했는데 이번에 데스크탑을 바꾸면서 다시 다운로드했더니 어찌된 일인지 로그인이 안 됩니다. 그런데 그 때 어떻게 설정했는지 기억이 나지 않습니다.
로그인하려고 마이크로소프트 계정 이메일을 입력하면 교육기관이 아니라며 로그인이 거부됩니다.
저는 학부모이고 집에서 아이에게 마인크래프트 에듀케이션을 이용해서 코딩을 연습시키는 중입니다.

Almost the same problem.
My problem was, I tried to sign in myself but it said I have Internet Problem, but I don't have. And then if I sign in another account, it works. Then when I signed in my own, it says I have Internet Problem. What's the problem?
