Students are not able to access library at school

Students are unable to access library at school when I have them in the Generation AI Hour of Code.  I have had students say it is fine at home, so I'm guessing it has something to do with our wireless.

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with the library. Thank you for sharing that info, I do suspect it has something to do with the network configuration as well.

  I would loop in your school's IT admin if you are going to need to and you both can troubleshoot with the help of this document.
