Students unable to spawn animals

We have the world set to creative , normal difficulty, allow cheats, mob spawning.

Any ideas?

  Hey the students are just going to their inventory and there are no eggs.

   

  Do they need to use a code?

  Hey there,

  When they enter "egg" in the creative menu, do they see any eggs? 

  How about the word "spawn"?

  Can you share a screenshot (without personal info) if they are still experiencing issues?
