    Hey Antonio,

could you share a screenshot or video of what you are experiencing here?

Yes, of course, as you can see, after clicking the makecode code editor, that Microsoft logo stays there forever.

    Thanks for the screenshots, Antonio.
Lets start by clearing the cache on your device:

    1. Close Minecraft Education.
    2. Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp.
Note: USERNAME refers to the user account used to log in to the device, not the sign in for Minecraft Education.
    3. Locate the minecraftpe.
    4. delete the minecraftpe.
    5. Relaunch Minecraft Education.

If this doesn't work, can you tell me what the make and model of your device is, and whether or not you are using a VPN and/or proxy?

Thanks for the response, but as I wrote previously, I'm on a Macbook Air M1 with MacOS Sonoma 14.2 and Minecraft 1.20.13.0 version. So the guide provided does not apply.

Also i'm not using vpn nor proxy.

    Hey there,

Thanks for the report. Sorry if we may have missed you posting about your device and OS.

I am thinking there is an issue with the latest Mac OS. I will reach out to the team to learn more.

    Antonio,

Very sorry about that. Looks like I accidentally gave you the wrong path. Here is the instructions for MacOS:

    use Go command in Finder.
press Command-Shift-G and then paste the target directory ~/Library/Application Support/minecraftpe/games/com.mojang and press Enter

Backup folder to a different location and Delete Folder from this location
