Code Builder Speed
The latest update for Code Builder has been causing significant slowness in our computer lab. We are running version 1.20.1.2, when launching Minecraft performance is acceptable, but once the Code Builder module loads the system takes a significant performance hit. This wasn't an issue with a prior release.

Hey Bob,
From what we have seen, this issue tends to affect devices that may be slightly under our system specs, as our processing requirements have increased over the last updates. Could you share the make of model of the devices you are using?

They are Lenovo M900 Tiny with an Intel i5-6500T @ 2.5 Ghz and 8 Gb RAM. SSD HD running Windows 11 EDU and are Intune Managed.

Those devices are within our system requirements and should definitely suffice.
Have you tried deleting the codebuilder cache yet?- From the code interface, select More ().
- Select Reset.

Is the problem still not fixed? The Code-Builder is terribly slow on our Intel Core i5-4590S CPU @ 3.00GHz, 3001 MHz, 4 Cores. Unfortunately it's currenty unusable. Even the drag-and-drop functionality is extremly slow. The normal game-performance is ok. The CPU-usage exceeds 90 % and everything gets sluggish.

My students are waiting several minutes for the coding tutorials to load in the blocks coding fundamentals and the hour of code AI. It's horrible and the reset doesn't help. What can we do!?!

Our code builder is terribly slow too or won't even load. Our Windows computers worked fine until this last update. Is there any way we can go back to a previous version and prevent updates? We only have an Intel Core i3 CPU computer.
