Can't sign in
I've just downloaded Minecraft Education and I can access the demo but it won't let me sign in. Can you help please?

whenever i open minecraft education on my school account, it says it cant connect to my account

Is this issue occurring on a school managed device and/or school network?
Does this happen when you use the same device on another network?
Also, are there multiple versions of Minecraft Education installed on the device? If so, the other versions will need to be uninstalled as the different versions can interfere with each other.0 -

Hi Ernie,
I'm facing the same issue. Have deleted all minecraft files from the c drive and uninstalled Minecraft Education from my laptop, then reinstalled it.
However it still shows the same error0 -

Hello all,
This issue is typically cause by one of 2 things:
1. you have multiple versions of Minecraft Education installed on your device and they are interfering with each other. One of them will need to be uninstalled if this is the case.
2. One of our services URLs are being blocked by something on your device or network. This can be fixed by allow listing our URLs on all network/antivirus firewalls, proxies, web filters/content filters, etc.
